Join us for a relaxed and uplifting morning designed especially for moms and their little ones.


Our Brunch & Move event combines meaningful connection, gentle movement, and a beautiful brunch experience in a welcoming setting.


Motherhood changes our bodies in incredible ways, but finding the time and confidence to reconnect with ourselves can be challenging. That's why we've partnered with Tammy from Momme Movement, who will guide moms through a gentle postpartum exercise session designed to help you rebuild strength, improve mobility, and reconnect with your body in a safe and supportive environment.


Whether you're newly postpartum or further along in your motherhood journey, this session is suitable for all fitness levels and focuses on helping moms feel stronger, more energised, and empowered.
